International Shipping
We offer international shipping; however, please note that all sales are final.* We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. Any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Processing and Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. We ship only Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 11 AM CST on Thursday will ship the following Monday. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification with tracking information.
After shipping, please allow 5-8 business days for delivery within the continental United States + Hawaii + Alaska, and 12-24 business days for international deliveries. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and chargers are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
